About me

Designer by profession, product leader by career.With 13+ years turning products into roadmaps and strategies that scale — across fintech, mobility, games, web3 and consumer platforms in London, Paris, Bogotá and São Paulo. I built my strategic instinct from the ground up: research, information architecture, UX and cross-functional delivery, which is why the work I lead never loses sight of the human on the other side. My focus today is product strategy and leadership: aligning business, engineering and design goals into outcomes the team embraces.

At Fairfax (FF Seguros) I opened the door for every design front alongside engineering and, together with the other designers, led product design for SmartQuote, taking quote requests out of email into a tracked six-stage pipeline with a clear owner per stage, across Minha Corretora and Minha FF, six user profiles and four insurance lines (Aviation, Rural, D&O and Underwriting).

For Western Union in Argentina, within the back-office renovation of Pago Fácil, I mapped the AS-IS and TO-BE processes for agents and billers (onboarding, approvals, changes and offboarding) and designed a Camunda-orchestrated workflow for fixed-asset and supplies management, from request to approval and stock control.
